4/23 Interurban trail to Aurora Village transit center and back – first ride with new cyclometer / heart rate monitor – 15.5 miles (average speed 8.8).

4/9 West Snoqualmie River Rd. from Fall City to Carnation; Carnation Farms and West Snoqualmie Valley Rd. from Carnation to Woodinville-Duvall Rd.; High Bridge Rd. to intersection with previous days’ route; back to Duval, Cherry Valley and Kelly Rds. back to Carnation; West Snoqualmie River Rd. back to start. 50 miles (average speed 11.5)

4/8 Old Monroe – Snohomish Highway from Snohomish to Monroe, Tualco Road and High Bridge and Springhetti back to Snohomish, Lowell River Road to Lowell (all the way to 41st to see the end of the Interurban) then Lowell-Larimer road back to Springhetti and Snohomish.  Only added up to 44.5 miles so it took another 5.5 on the Centennial Trail to complete the day – 50 miles (average speed 11.9)

4/5 Interurban to 155th and back – 10 miles (average speed 10.8)

4/4 Lakeside to UW and home – forgot helmet and had to have bike lock cut off at the bike store where she bought the new one – 12 miles (average speed 9.4).

3/11 Burke Gilman / Samamish Waterway trail to Woodenville – 40 miles (average speed 11.3)

3/9 Burke Gilman to Roosevelt – 8 miles (average speed 9.6)

3/7 Interurban to Top Foods – another flat tire in the rain – probably again from glass left in the tire – 12 miles (average speed 9.2).

3/5 Alderwood via Interurban Trail – flat tire at 180th – one wasted CO2 cartridge, second flat due to glass left in tire – discovered spare CO2 cartridge was empty, got home thanks to partial inflation at gas station with a presta-schrader adapter that was thoughtfully included in her wedge bag by her husband who talked her through the process while sitting in the snow at the top of the Wildside lift at Snoqualmie Pass – 30 miles (average speed 7.5).
