Rome is a beautiful city!
- Extremely easy for an english-speaker to get around
- Great food
- off of arterials streets are semi-pedestrianized
- not a lot of Teslas but lots of really small cars: (BMW smart, Fiat Topplino, Citroen Ami, XEV YoYo, Renault Twizy, etc)
- Not so many bikes – Lime bike & scooter seem to out-number traditional bikes, no big commute hour bump
- busses & taxis are really aggressive and bike riding doesn’t look to be for the faint of heart
- Tons of foreign tourist – mainly english-speakers
- For a city so reliant on tourists, tickets to Romes museums are surprisingly difficult to buy and the staff are singularly unhelpful
