Hello Mr Scott, unfortunatly we have never seen that particular
fittings for rixen kaul,All of our handlebar and frame fitting
components use a "push in n clip" type of fitting which we bring into
the UK.
I would recommend trying to contact RIXEN KAUL direct (KLICKFIX.COM)
